Downloading APK files to quest 3

I'm having an issue downloading an APK file thru sidequest to my quest 3. I click the install APK files from folder on computer and select the file. It says it downloads and install successfully. I then go to my quest under unknow sources and don't see it anywhere. Am I doing something wrong? It says my quest is connected to sidequest and it was working to download other files to my quest before, but now its not.

Its the Oculus Quest discord RPC apk. I have to add it to sidequest to get it on my quest and display the discord status. It worked one time but I had to remove it because I mess it up when I set it up. But now it won't download at all.

Are you using multiple accounts on quest? If so, that breaks sideloading

Oh yea I do have another account on my quest, would I just need to remove it to fix the problem?
